The XM Commander MT is a plug and play satellite radio that allows you receive XM satellite radio in any car with then FM stereo. This XM Commander MT package includes everything that you need like a dash mount display or controller, a hideaway tuner box, power cable, mounting brackets and a roof mount antenna. The unit also comes with a XM mini tuner and a dock so that you can enjoy the XM satellite radio in your car and your home. The handy display boasts of a four line easy to read display, whereas the small tuner box is designed to perfectly fit under your seat or in the unused cargo area. You can easily conduct the channel surf with the help of rotary controller and also through the supplied wireless remote control. There is also the TuneSelect feature that alerts you when it plays your favorite song or when your favorite artist is playing.
The XM Commander MT offers you five display options to flash the information. Using the controls on the display or through the wireless remote control, you can toggle through channel number along with artist and song title and channel number along with song title, artist and scrolling stock ticker. The offered FM direct adaptor can connect directly to the existing FM/AM antenna input of your vehicle and optimizes the in built FM modulator of XM Commander MT to the radio of your vehicle. The XM Commander MT satellite radio features a 3.5 mm output that allows you to directly plug the XM Commander MT to the auxiliary input of your head unit to get the best overall sound quality. The package also offers a low profile XM radio antenna that features a compact magnetic mount over your vehicle. You will also require a subscription to XM in order to use this unit.
